We are a newly formed blank check company. Our efforts in identifying prospective target businesses will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location. We intend to focus on businesses in fast-moving consumer goods, internet-based e-Commerce technologies and new energy industries business sectors. We believe that we will add value to these businesses primarily by providing them with access to the U.S. capital markets. We will seek to capitalize on the strength of our management team. Our team consists of experienced entrepreneurs, financial services and accounting professionals, senior operating executives, and managers of Asian and U.S. companies. We believe we will benefit from their accomplishments, and specifically their current activities in the Asian and U.S. markets, in identifying attractive acquisition opportunities.
